This Privacy Policy explains how the Solstice Telegram Bot ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information. We believe in complete transparency. Below is an exhaustive list of every piece of data we collect to provide our services.

1. Exhaustive List of Data We Collect

To provide our core features, including music streaming, moderation, and group management, we store specific data in our database. We do not log or store the contents of your general chat messages or voice chats.

A. User Identifiers

• Telegram User IDs: Stored when you interact with the bot in private (served_users), are authorized to use admin commands (auth_users), are added to the sudoers list (sudoers), are globally banned (global_bans), or blocked (blocked_users).
• Telegram Usernames & Names: Stored explicitly in the auth_users collection (as user_name and admin_name) to display authorization hierarchies.

B. Chat & Group Identifiers

• Telegram Chat IDs: Stored when the bot is added to a group (served_chats), or blacklisted (blacklisted_chats).
• Linked Channel IDs: If a group links a channel for playback, the channel's ID is stored (channel_play_id in chat_settings).

C. Chat Configuration & Settings

For each group, we store preferences linked to the Chat ID. This includes:

• Playback Settings: play_mode (who can play), autoplay (boolean), vote_skip_threshold (numeric threshold).
• Admin Settings: admin_cmd_mode (who is permitted to execute admin commands).
• Language: The selected localization language (language).
• Chat Locks: Toggles for restricting URLs, media, bots, forwards, stickers, GIFs, inline bots, polls, and games (locks).
• Welcome & Rules System: Whether the welcome module is active (welcome_enabled), the custom welcome text (welcome_text), custom group rules (rules), warning punishment mode (warn_mode), and the warning limit (warn_limit).

D. Moderation Records

• Warnings (warnings): We store the Chat ID, User ID, the total warning count, and an array of text reasons for each warning issued.
• Global Bans (global_bans): For users globally banned from the bot network, we store the User ID and a text reason.
• Approved Users (approved_users): Chat ID and User ID pairs representing users allowed to bypass chat locks.

E. User-Generated Statuses

• AFK Status (afk_users): When utilizing the AFK command, we store the User ID, the text reason provided, and the exact timestamp.

F. Global Bot Configuration

• Cookies (youtube_cookies): Used exclusively for bot operations, storing raw cookies for YouTube authentication to bypass age restrictions and CAPTCHAs. This does not contain personal user data.
• Global Toggles: Settings like autoend, logger, and maintenance mode are stored globally.

2. How We Use Your Information

The collected data is used exclusively for the technical operation of the Bot:

• Core Functionality: Tracking AFK statuses, enforcing chat locks, and maintaining music playback settings.
• Moderation & Safety: Enforcing warnings, chat rules, and global bans to prevent spam and abuse of the bot network.
• Customization: Displaying custom welcome messages and applying localization preferences.

3. Data Storage, Security, and Third Parties

• Security: All data is stored securely in our database. We do not sell, rent, or share your Telegram data with third parties.
• Third Parties: The Bot interacts with services such as YouTube to stream audio. These platforms operate under their own privacy policies. While the bot may provide them with search queries or IP metadata during stream extraction, your personal Telegram identifiers are not shared.

4. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your data:

• Groups: Removing the bot from your group will cease active tracking, though historical moderation records (such as warnings) may persist unless explicitly purged.
• Individuals: You may contact me to request the complete deletion of your User ID and associated records (e.g., AFK statuses or warnings) from the database.
