Terms of Service

By using the Solstice Telegram Bot ("Bot", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Bot.

1. Description of Service

Solstice is a high-performance Telegram music bot designed to stream music and video content in Telegram voice chats. It provides supplementary features including group management, moderation tools, and utility commands.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Bot to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Stream or promote content that is illegal, explicitly offensive, or violates Telegram's Terms of Service.
• Harass, abuse, spam, or otherwise infringe upon the rights of other users.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the Bot's infrastructure, database, or network stability.
• Circumvent or manipulate the Bot's moderation systems, global bans, or rate limiting mechanisms.

3. Global Moderation and Access

We reserve the right to globally ban users (gbans) or blacklist chats (blacklisted_chats) from utilizing the Bot at our sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice. Actions that may result in a global ban include, but are not limited to, spamming the Bot, abusing resources, or severe violations of these Terms.

4. User-Generated Content

The Bot allows administrators to configure custom welcome messages, chat rules, and AFK reasons. You are solely responsible for any content you configure the Bot to display. We do not endorse, monitor, or take responsibility for user-generated content displayed by the Bot.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall the developers or maintainers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss or disruption of your group chats, resulting from the use or inability to use the Bot.

6. Third-Party Services

The Bot interacts with third-party platforms (such as YouTube, Spotify, and Telegram) to deliver content. Your use of the Bot is inherently subject to the respective Terms of Service of these third-party platforms.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Bot following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
